From Julia is the latest must-visit spot in Linzergasse, where two talented Julias have teamed up to create the most delightful vegan treats you didn’t know you were craving. Sandwiches, bowls, cookie dough croissants, Oreo rolls, brownies, and cakes – you'll find it hard to choose just one from their display.

If you were in Salzburg during the lockdown, you definitely saw Julia Ulrich's famous Onoboxes on your feed. Back than, she sold over 700 boxes and was the owner of the Green Garden.

After selling The Green Garden as a franchise, Julia was ready to downsize. She dreamed of a shop in a central area where she could sell her vegan ice cream recipes, sandwiches, and pastries, and she found the perfect location to do so!

The inspiration for her recipes comes from anywhere, she is always on the lookout for food trends that she can bring to her kitchen where together with Julia Eder from @julias_pflanzliche_welt.

They can figure out how to make it vegan. And it works! Here you can eat variations of croissants, all different kinds of cinnamon rolls, ice-cream sandwiches, and some of the prettiest bowls you will find anywhere.

Every dish deserves an Instagram moment, and you can tell by this vitrine that these Julias are not only perfectionists but they also love to make great food!
