This week, I sat down with Daniel, the owner, to learn more about the story behind it. First of all: Idealist is a family business run by Daniel, Karolina, and Jessy—their rescue dog, who just might be the one calling the shots! Daniel comes from Ukraine, and Karolina from Kazakhstan, but they met while studying gastronomy in Poland. This unique cultural mix brings a refreshing twist to their cooking style, adding creativity to European classics like eggs Benedict.

Daniel spent an entire year looking for the perfect location before finally opening their dream café. With all-day brunches, Idealist doesn’t boast a massive menu, but everything is homemade and thoughtfully crafted. And with their tempting pastries, inventive dishes, a relaxed atmosphere and, of course, Jessy’s friendly face, this new café might just become your new favorite hangout!
